A Century of Legacy
A Celebration of the Centenary of C.M. Russell, Featuring New Works by Premier Western Artists One hundred years after the passing of Charles M. Russell, the spirit of the American West he so powerfully captured lives on. A Century of Legacy brings together new works by acclaimed living artists whose work reflects the authenticity, storytelling, reverence for the land, and enduring character of the West that made Russell one of America's most important artists. The exhibition includes painting and sculpture ranging from traditional Western realism to distinctly contemporary interpretations of Western subjects, demonstrating both the breadth of Russell's legacy and the vitality of Western art a century later.
